Project Overview
Kn¿where Arts, Music, and Wellness Festival is the latest evolution of DNR’s iconic Kn¿where shows, bringing an immersive, multi-day festival experience to the BLR Festival Grounds in Palmer Rapids, Ontario. Designed to showcase the full spectrum of bass music while incorporating art and wellness programming, the festival required a dynamic website to promote the event, engage attendees, and capture ticket sales and sign-ups.
Kn¿where Festival is produced by DNR Productions, an event and production company based in Toronto known for curating unforgettable music experiences. With a history of blending high-energy bass music with immersive environments, DNR has built a loyal community of festival-goers who crave more than just a concert—they seek an adventure.
I designed and developed a visually engaging, mobile-friendly website that captures the energy of the festival and makes it easy for users to find key event details. My focus was on creating an intuitive user experience that seamlessly integrates ticket sales, lineup announcements, and camping information. I also used Laylo integrations to collect contacts and build excitement before ticket sales launched. Additionally, I optimized the site for performance and SEO, ensuring it reaches the right audience and drives engagement.
Ticket Sales Integration: A smooth link to ticket sales, allowing users to easily purchase their passes for the event.
Geographically-Specific Ticketing Pages: Separate ticket purchase pages for US and Canada users to provide region-specific ticket links and pricing.
Laylo Integration: Used Laylo to capture contacts and build excitement ahead of the event, allowing early access to exclusive offers and updates.
Mobile-First Design: A fully responsive, mobile-optimized site that provides an optimal experience across all devices.
Comprehensive Event Info: Clear sections detailing festival activities, workshops, wellness events, and general FAQs to ensure attendees have all the details they need.
Dynamic Lineup Announcements: Regular updates to the lineup with a dedicated section to highlight artists and performers.
Challenge: Different tickets for US vs CA customers.
Solution: Using geolocation, we serve different pages tailored to the customer, ensuring they’re directed to the correct ticket links and pricing based on their location.
Challenge: Collecting users' information.
Solution: Implemented Laylo integrations to collect user information efficiently, building excitement and allowing early access to exclusive offers and updates.
Challenge: Making ticket purchasing easy.
Solution: Added a button in the header that takes users directly to ticket links and integrated Showpass ticket purchasing seamlessly within the site to streamline the buying process.
